Jake Leach

Jake S. Leach has served as a director of our company since November 2020. Mr. Leach is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Dexcom, Inc., a company that develops, manufacturers, and distributes continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management. Since joining Dexcom, Inc. in March 2004, Mr. Leach served as President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2022 to January 2026, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from September 2018 to August 2022, Senior Vice President of Research and Development (“R&D”) from January 2015 to September 2018, and Vice President, R&D from January 2011 to January 2015. Mr. Leach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. We believe that Mr. Leach is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his executive leadership experience with publicly-traded companies, including operations and corporate strategy, as well as his research and development and innovative technology experience, and his commitment to quality and extensive knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements.
